Guest Ratings & Reviews
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were delightful and very clean, but unfortunately, mine was the smallest in the hotel, making it too cramped for two people. The room was also uncomfortably hot, which affected my sleep quality. The service, however, was top-notch with friendly and professional staff. The location was perfect for exploring Cheltenham, but there were some issues with the dining experience, including a poorly organized setup and disappointing food presentation.
My stay at the hotel was superb! The rooms were spacious and featured a good sized bathroom, making my stay very comfortable. The service was incredibly accommodating, although there was a slight hiccup with table service after 10pm. The location was perfect, near a park, restaurants, and just a short walk to the main shopping area. The dining experience was enjoyable overall, with room for improvement. The facilities were great and added convenience to my stay.
The hotel had exceptional rooms, one of the best I've stayed in, although mine overlooked the road and was pretty noisy, especially with traffic early in the morning from 6 am onwards and loud voices from the adjacent bars, like 131 Gin Bar late at night. The room was very good overall, but I would have preferred one facing out rather than the inner courtyard, a bit noisy due to extractor fans. The addition of a bed topper enhanced the room's comfort.
The hotel felt amazing but was absolutely freezing when I arrived. It was overpriced at £360 for two nights due to the small size of the room.
The hotel rooms, while clean and adequate in size, were not as spacious as expected from the promotional pictures. I found the lack of included breakfast a downside, and some noise from outside affected our stay. The location was very central for exploring Cheltenham, but the street noise was a bit of a disturbance.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were stifling as the air con didn't work, which was tough for three of us sharing a somewhat small room. However, the room was clean, bright, and had an excellent bathroom with a shower that had clear temperature control.
